Description
New Year's Eve.
It was drizzling that night after the year-end service at church when I saw this thing sticking out proudly on the lawn---the only one of its kind.
It took me about 10 minutes to get the perfect shot. It wasn't easy focusing precisely on the mushroom using the electronic viewfinder or the LCD (live view) because my FZ10 (naturally) doesn't have a pentaprism / pentamirror most DSLR's do. Resulting in a black haze of nothingness in really dark settings.
But I'm glad I nailed this shot after a few tries.
(Color is saturated because of all the warm Christmas lights around)
